When it comes to skin health, we must walk two parallel paths, the outer journey, and the inner journey.
The outer journey includes the products that we use, the foods we choose, and the choices we make daily.
The inner journey is what’s most important and is often missed. It’s our emotional health and well-being, how we choose to perceive the world, how we choose to manage stress, and how we choose to speak to ourselves that truly impacts our health and our beauty.
For our skin to truly glow, we must integrate deep into our being, surrender and learn to fully love and care for ourselves.
When we work to achieve inner balance, by choosing to be fully embodied within ourselves, that balance will begin to manifest into that beautiful glow that can only truly be achieved through the inner journey.
We spend so much of our lives looking outside of ourselves for beauty, balance, acceptance and health, but without the inner healing journey, we’ll often struggle and will never fully understand why.
