In the video below, I show you an effective face massage tutorial to help lift your jowls. As we age, the corners of our mouth can start to droop, making it look like we are always frowning, even when we are not. Performing this massage on a regular basis can help create a lifting effect as we age.
- Stretch your neck for longer than shown in this video. I like to do each area of the neck for 20 seconds each.
- Perform each movement for 30-60 seconds. I do each step fairly quickly for the purpose of keeping this video short for Instagram Reels.
