You want to begin your inner-healing journey, but you have no idea where to begin. You’re feeling overwhelmed, easily agitated, like you have the entire world on your shoulders. You’re experiencing unexplainable health symptoms that you can’t pin the root cause of. There is so much misinformation out there, that no matter what you try, you can’t figure it out.
I know exactly how this all feels because I was there once myself. Before I began my own inner-healing journey, I was stressed-out, overwhelmed, had digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, chronic tonsillitis and had completely lost the hearing in my left ear. No matter what I tried, or who I saw for help, no one could figure out what was happening with my body.
It wasn’t until I discovered the mind-body connection that everything suddenly made sense. And now I have spent the past several years educating myself on it, learning somatic tools
